The client brief was to undertake a soil contamination screening for due diligence purposes. An economical screening was requested due to the client’s budget constraints for the project.
Our solutions
JKE completed the screening using a low-cost sampling method which was adequate to obtain sufficient soil samples from the site and make an assessment of risks associated with soil contamination. A screening report was prepared for the client that included an assessment of risks based on the analytical data and the site observations.
